Mr. Nikhil Sharma is a pioneering force in global aviation training and pilot career development. As the Founder and CEO of AeroVersa, he leads the company’s aviation consulting and training division, building strategic partnerships with leading Flight Training Organizations (FTOs), Approved Training Organizations (ATOs), and universities worldwide. With over nine years of experience as a professional commercial pilot, including type ratings on the Airbus A320, Mr. Sharma brings hands-on operational expertise and a deep understanding of international regulatory standards to AeroVersa’s initiatives. Under his leadership, AeroVersa has developed customized pilot training pathways, universityintegrated aviation programs, and career mentorship frameworks that empower aspiring pilots to achieve global licensure and airline readiness. Driven by a commitment to regulatory excellence, innovation, and career transformation, Mr. Sharma continues to position AeroVersa as a trusted global partner in aviation education, flight training, and professional development.

Gene Raich
Gene is an experienced aerospace specialist and CEO of Raich Aerospace Group LLC. He manages the financial operations of Global Air BVI Inc., one of AeroVersa’s primary internship partners. Licensed under JAR (EASA) since 2007, he has participated in global aircraft relocation flights. Languages: English, German
Capt. Russ Sherwood
Capt. Sherwood began his aviation career as an F-16 WSO in 1996 and later earned his BSc in Aviation Science (Honors). With FAA USA, CAAC, and DGCA ATPL & CFI licenses, he has flown extensively across SE Asia. Currently, he serves as an Airline Captain & Check Pilot on the A320/321 fleet for a major US airline, and Airbus Fleet Captain with Global Air BVI.
Dr. Ugur Guven
Prof. Dr. Ugur Guven is a globally recognized aerospace engineer and academic leader. He serves as Senior Professor of Aerospace Engineering, specializing in interstellar travel and nuclear energy for space missions. He is an Advisory Council Member of the UN-CSSTEAP and CEO of Prometheus Space Ltd. in London. Dr. Guven has established aerospace programs at leading universities, collaborated with Lufthansa, and advises African governments on aviation infrastructure.
